Insights – Doncaster Chamber of Commerce

The Challenge

We have worked with Doncaster Chamber of Commerce on several projects covering bid writing and project management activities.  The range of our activity with the Chamber has included full co-ordination and writing of bids to set deadlines, manipulating data and information to develop a bid writing plan, working with stakeholders to complete sections of bids and overall support to complete bids and applications.

Our Contribution

Across the many activities with Doncaster Chamber we have contributed to the successful outcomes in terms of winning funding bids.  This has led to the ability for the Chamber to grow and expand their business.  We have also supported stakeholder management and developed partnerships and relationships to further support the work of the Chamber.
